I have know Sabine for years and is my go-to for real estate on the west side of LA. She helped me to find an amazing property for my personal residence ten years ago; she carefully evaluated my priorities and prescreened places to maximize my limited time to visit properties. More recently, I turned to Sabine and her team to help find an office space for my new business. Again, her and Alex assessed locations and spaces based upon my needs and were attuned to the ethos I wanted to create for the business to help filter options. Within a few weeks, we found an amazing space which fit my needs.

Sabine found us our dream home in the perfect neighborhood for us. That would be praise enough, but she also made every step of the journey enjoyable. She is cheerful, kind, thoughtful, and knows the Venice and Santa Monica area like the back of her hand. As first time buyers, we didn't really know anything about the process of searching for and purchasing a home, but Sabine (and her assistant Alex) made it easy and clear as she guided from start to finish. Her wisdom and negotiating acumen are unmatched. We are incredibly grateful to her for all her tireless work on our behalf, but we are also fortunate to have found a new friend along the way - all in a short but intense two months. We can't recommend her highly enough.

She was constantly available and willing to discuss any of my concerns, however small. She is a friendly but forceful negotiator, able to fight over details while keeping the bigger picture in mind. Patient and calm under pressure, she even brought a deal back to life that I thought was dead. In short, I'm extremely grateful that I had Sabine on my side. Oh, and she's fun to be around too.

Sabine is wonderful. She found me a place that I love. She is an absolute professional — with a deep knowledge of the market and an ability to match the person to the right place. I had complete trust in her judgment, which was very helpful when navigating a new area. I would, without hesitation, recommend her. Her assistant, Alex, was also excellent. My husband and I worked with Alex Baker on Team Sabine and had a wonderful experience, we would absolutely recommend Alex and the whole Halton Pardee team to anyone looking to either buy or sell (or both) a house in Los Angeles. Alex was incredibly responsive and genuinely kind throughout the entire process which made buying our first house much less daunting than it would otherwise have been.
